Throughout our careers, we have worked with a variety of companies and observed significant differences in the knowledge, experience, and cultures of the engineers we have collaborated with. For example, there is a huge difference in the skill levels of engineers presented as medior or senior between companies and countries. One reason is that for many companies, AUTOSAR is still relatively new, while the demand for experienced people in this field is growing. We found that with the knowledge, experience, and guidance we brought to the projects, this disparity could mostly be bridged. This led us to decide to found our own company, with the primary focus on delivering high-quality output, endless dedication, and enthusiasm so that our customers can develop and produce industry-competitive products.
